Offisy is a software provider based in Upper Austria that has developed a tool for organising and administering practices and offices in the healthcare sector. New features are constantly added to facilitate the everyday office and practice work of customers and take new regulations and laws into account.

Initial Situation

The requirement

Small businesses in particular do not have their own administrative staff. Offisy supports this target group with its online cash register. Ease of use, standard functions, and some remarkable additional features make everyday business easier. Offisy turned to us for help with printing receipts. The idea of selling conventional printers was quickly rejected. Supporting different operating systems and applications related to the printer would have required too much effort.. An easy-to-use and error-free printing system was needed.

Our Solution

That is what we have implemented

We have developed a receipt printer for Offisy consisting of hardware and software components. With just one push of a button, the offisyBOX printer is registered at the cash register and accepts print jobs from the central web print server. The printer can be connected to the central web print server via a LAN or WLAN connection. The printer is linked to the customer's profile before delivery. This saves time-consuming registration and setup. Only the Internet connection needs to be configured, and the thermal printer is then ready for use with the POS system.
